History
Formed in Leyland by Skinheads and Punks in the early 80´s, SSRS (Seven Stars Riot Squad) was born. The founding members were Dia and Yatty (Raz´s dad and uncle).
Together they used to fight, steal and just doss around..like any other teenager at that time. When they all left school, the name was turned into a football hooligan firm, supporting Preston North End (PNE).
Then in 2001, Dia told Raz, Duke and Jono about his youth and the antics of SSRS. All being in a band who needed a name, it seemed a rather good idea to take the name.
